Consultation on the amendment to accommodate Advanced Hybrid Coupling in the Core Capacity Calculation Methodology

Dear Market Participants,
Core TSOs have published a proposal for amendment of the Core Capacity Calculation Methodology to accommodate Advanced Hybrid Coupling. Advanced Hybrid Coupling is meant to replace the current Standard Hybrid Coupling on interconnections with borders of the Core Capacity Calculation Region with other Capacity Calculation Regions. With Advanced Hybrid Coupling the allocation of capacity on these interconnections will be more efficient as it will become closer to flow-based capacity calculation and allocation.
