[CORE DA FB MC / CORE IDCC] Commissioning of new 380 kV substation and update of CNEC list

Due to the commissioning of a new 380kV substation "Kork" TransnetBW will update the CNEC lists for the Core DA and ID capacity calculation processes. The former line Daxlanden – Eichstetten rt will be split into two new lines Daxlanden – Kork rt and Eichstetten – Kork bl.
Additional Updates of the CNEC list have been perfomed du to updates in the grid on Amprion side and new Congestions detected in real-time.
