[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Light SPAIC publication - Outage Diemen-Lelystad

Dear market participants,

TenneT is planning an outage on the 380 kV Diemen-Lelystad W. According to current planning this will be done from 02-08-2021 through 18-11-2021.

To assess the impact of this outage on cross-border capacity, a so-called Light SPAIC was performed. For seven reference days from the period 17-05-2021 – 20-06-2021, the flow-based parameters were recalculated with the outage applied, and compared to the historical values for those days.

The enclosed datasets include the flow-based parameters and the list of selected reference days with their main features. Please see the Cover Note for a description of the datasets as well as contact details.
