GO LIVE! Viking Link interconnector on the 28th of December

Exciting news! The short-term auctions for the Viking Link corridor are about to start. 

We are happy to announce that the new Viking Link Interconnector, between Denmark and Great Britain, will go live TOMORROW 28th of December.

Please note that the first Day-Ahead Auction with non-zero values, for delivery day of 29th December will open at 9:20 CET.

The first Intraday auction with non-zero values on the 29th of December will run as following:

•            ID2 from 08:00-16:00 CET with non-zero values, will open at 05:00 CET

•            ID3 from 16:00-20:00 CET with non-zero values, will open at 13:00 CET

•            ID4 from 20:00-00:00 CET with non-zero values, will open at 17:00 CET

Please note that on the 29th of December, the first round of Intraday auction (ID1 from 00:00-08:00), opening at 18:00 CET will be the last round with zero values.
