Subject: Important information regarding the deviation on the ramping constraint in the Denmark (DK1) <> Netherlands (NL) border
Dear Market Participants,
We would like to inform you that the following temporary deviation from Annex 3 of the Shadow Allocation Rules V 1.4 for the ramping constraint considered on the Denmark (DK1) <> Netherlands (NL) border will apply:
For the Bidding Zone Border between Denmark (DK1)<>Netherlands (NL) the ramping constraint of 700 MW will not apply as announced on JAO’s website on the 17.07.2019 due to technical constraints in the Shadow Auction IT system. Until further notice from our side that the technical constraint has been solved, the ramping constraint on this border will be 600 MW in case of a Shadow Auction.
Kind regards,
Operations TEAM
