April 20th 2022

The Core Flow-Based Day-Ahead Capacity Calculation project (Core FB DA CC) parties would like to inform market participants that an update to the Core Publication Tool has been released yesterday, including a new version of the Publication Handbook.

This release fixes the following data inconsistencies:

·Validation Reductions:

oCNEC name and TSO naming issue

oDisplay information on returned branch

·D2CF: correction for BE-DE

·Max Net Positions: add DE + Alegro Hubs

·Pre-final + final computation: Fref, init & Fnrao

·LTN: some borders show blanks instead of zero’s

Furthermore, the release contains an updated structure of the post-coupling pages. In terms of publication of post-coupling data during the EXT // run, please note that:

·No data is available for historical business days. The resulting net positions and prices from the market coupling simulations can however be consulted through the csv files published on LINK;

·There is a lead time of ~3 weeks before the post-coupling information for a certain business day becomes available;

·Calculation of congestion income and the increase / decrease step on the initial ID ATCs are not performed during the EXT // run and hence there will be no data until go-live. For ID ATCs only the initial values will be published;

·The API’s will become available the 21st of April.

The following functionalities are deferred to a next release:

·Automatic monitoring tool for data completeness

·Implementation of the Extended LTA inclusion approach in the Core Market View page
