Auction Calendar 2019 update

The 2019 Auction Calendar has been updated. Please see below the update shared by Nemo Link.

“Nemo Link’s Quarterly Auction Updates

Market participants were invited to review the proposals of Nemo Link Non-IEM Long Term Allocation and Nomination Rules which closed on 14 June 2019. We would like to thank all those who responded to the consultation.

Nemo Link are reviewing the comments received and will submit the final version to the Regulators in due course and regulators are aiming to approve all non-IEM rules for Nemo Link by the end of October 2019.

Mindful of the above approval timelines and the ongoing uncertainty surrounding a hard Brexit scenario by the end of October, Nemo Link has decided the following:

· Q4 2019 auctions which were scheduled to take place in July are cancelled.

· Q1 2020 auctions which were scheduled to take place in October will be moved to November.

Further Updates on Monthly Auctions

Due to commercial considerations, Nemo Link has decided to hold one monthly auction for August. Further, it is possible that Nemo Link will hold just one monthly auction each month for the next delivery month instead of two auctions as indicated previously in our auction calendar.
