Shadow Allocation Rules from 01.01.2019

Dear Market Participants,

This is to inform you that as from delivery day 01.01.2019 the following will be applicable to Shadow Auctions:

- For bidding zone borders of the CORE CCR where JAO SA is holding Shadow Auctions: A freshly created Shadow Allocation Rules – “Regional Shadow Allocation Rules” will be applicable.

- Supporting documents: “List of agreements - Regional Shadow Allocation Rules” and “List of bidding zone borders - Regional Shadow Allocation Rules”.

- For the remaining bidding zone borders (non-CORE CCR) where JAO SA is holding Shadow Auctions version 1.4 of the Shadow Allocation Rules will be applicable.

Please find all documents published under the Auction Rules section (2019) of the JAO SA website’s Resource Center.

Note: These updates do not invalidate your existing registration for Shadow Auctions nor necessitate any additional registration process for the Shadow Allocation Rules if you’ve already accepted them.
