ID ATC after FBMC - new border

Dear Market Participants,
We would like to inform you about a change in the Intraday capacity calculation process on the border AT-DE. Starting business day 11/07/2019 the AT-DE border will be part of the CWE Intraday increase/decrease process. This means that increased Intraday capacity values (on top of the Day ahead leftover capacities) can be offered for this border in case the daily evaluation process of TSOs shows that such Intraday capacities do not endanger the network security.
You can find a summary of the changes below.
- AT-DE border: maximum Intraday capacity increase of 200 MW
