[CWE FB MC DA] Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) for Amprion internal branches (Update)

As of 26.09.17 (Flow Based Market Coupling for Business Day 27.09.17) Amprion will introduce four categories of line rating values depending on the temperature for its internal critical branches (see 20170927DLR.xlsx) . The line rating values for the respective daily Flow Based Market Coupling Process will be selected on a global temperature forecast for the Amprion control area. The line rating values of the tie lines remain according to the agreements with the respective neighboring TSO.
