[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] announcement on Elia go-live for CEP

Dear Market Participants,
On 21.01.2020 Elia announced the start of its parallel run in the context of the Clean Energy Package and the implementation of the minimum 70% capacity requirement.
Via this message Elia informs you about the successful completion of its parallel run that had as primary objective to stabilize the local tooling. Consequently, the CEP implementation in line with Elia’s derogation is now applied in operations from Business Day Apr 1st onwards.
