[CWE DA MC] End of FMAX reductions on CB Avelin Gavrelle

Dear Market Participants,
RTE would like to inform you about the end of the reductions of the admissible transmission loadings on the critical branch Avelin-Gavrelle 400kV starting from Target BD 28.03.2020. These reductions had previously been notified by RTE via Market Message on 20.02.2020 and 27.02.2020.
