[CWE FB MC DA] Next step of Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) for Amprion internal branches

As of 28.05.2018 -Flow Based Market Coupling for Business Day 30.05.2018- Amprion will take the next step in the context of Dynamic Line Rating for its internal critical branches.
The upgraded methodology provides a more gradual determination of the FMax values according to the local temperature forecasts within the Amprion control area. For a given temperature forecast the FMax values will be equal to or slightly greater than the values used so far.
The line rating values of the tie lines remain according to the agreements with the respective neighboring TSO.
