Registration for ALEGrO Auctions

Dear Market Participant,

 

We would like to inform you that shadow and long-term auctions for the ALEGrO (Germany – Belgium) interconnector will be launched at the end of this year and we are opening now the registration for these products.

 

Shadow auctions will serve as the fallback solution for the day-ahead market coupling and will be launched in Q4 2020; exact date will be announced shortly.

 

The first explicit long term product is expected to be held in Q4 2020; the exact date will be communicated in the auction calendar.

 

All pertaining documents can be found on our website (Support>>Resource Center>>01. Registration), as well as the relevant allocation rules (Support>>Resource Center>>02. Auction Rules).

 

For Shadow Auctions

 

1. First time registration

Please send the Participation Agreement accepting the “Relevant Shadow Allocation Rules” in Attachment 1 section 3 and selecting this border in Attachment 6, along with other registration documents.

 

2. Already registered

Please complete and send the Amendment No. 12 to Participation Agreement properly filled and signed, accepting the “Relevant Shadow Allocation Rules” in Attachment 1 section 3 and selecting this border in Attachment 6.

 

For the Long-term Auctions

 

1. First time registration

Please send the Participation Agreement, along with other relevant registration documents.

 

2. Already Registered

No action necessary, as all long-term entitlements are automatically provided to the registered participants at the time of the commercial go-live.
