aFRR 2020: switch to MO activation on 30/09 @10:00 AM

Dear Market Parties,
Elia Transmission Belgium would like to kindly remind you that the switch to an aFRR merit order activation is scheduled on the 30th of September 2020 at 10:00 AM(CET).
Before 10:00 AM, Elia will activate the aFRR energy bids via the back-up process which is pro-rata, as described in the Balancing Rules.
