[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Update of German Sharing Key

Dear Market Participants,
As a result of the Coal Phase-out Act (Kohleausstiegsgesetz) in Germany, German TSOs will update the German Sharing Keys used for the FB market coupling in CWE.
Following the announcement of Bundesnetzagentur on 01.12.2020, several coal powerplants will no longer participate in the market.

Therefore, these powerplants are removed from the calculation of the German Generation Shift Key in 2021.
Please find attached the updated values of the German Generation Sharing Key that will be active from Business Day 01/01/2021 onwards.
