[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] Delayed update of TenneT NL's MACZT targets

Dear market participants,
Unfortunately we have to inform you that due to internal technical issues, the MACZT target values for Dutch CBCOs have not been updated in time from their 2020 to their 2021 values in accordance with the linear trajectory of the Dutch action plan. The values for 2021 will be applied from BD 14-1-2021 on. Please find attached an overview of the linear trajectory values.
