[CWE FBMC] Risk of decoupling BD 18/01 – additional mitigation measure

Dear Market Participants,
As communicated the 16/01/2021 11h01, there is an increased risk of decoupling due to an unidentified issue. The issue is related to a market clearing point outside of the flow-based domain.
With this message, Amprion and Elia would like to inform you that the External constraint of ALEGRO will be reduced to the Long-term rights ([-250MW;250MW] therefore Day-ahead flow limited to 250 MW on the interconnector) for Business Day 18/01/2021 as an additional mitigation measure.
