[CWE Flow-Based Market Coupling] RTE’s go-live for CEP 70% rule
Dear Market Parties,
On the 30.11.2020, RTE announced the readyness of the tooling for 70% rule in line with CEP and a go-live window located within this interval : 3rd February to 17th February 2021.
Via this new message, RTE informs you about the exact go-live date for the Delivery Day 17th of February 2021.
As a reminder, enclosed you will find the Initial MinRAM Factor that will be set on French CNECs for the Q1-2021, starting from go-live.
In addition, from Business Day 1st of January 2021 results of RTE parallel Run (representing the situation occuring after GoLive) are published on a weekly basis, every Friday (first publication 8th of January 2021) on a dedicated webpage localized on the section Support/Projects/CEP: Parallel run.
