Important information about eCAT unavailability – planned maintenance 14/04

Dear Market Participant,

 

We would like to inform you that we will be upgrading the technology of our auction tool (eCAT6) on 14/04/2021.

This new release would require an important deployment and consequently, our auction tool would not be available from 14/04/2021 4 pm CEST until 15/04/2021 2 am CEST.

Auctions running during that timeframe would be rescheduled prior the deployment and the new timings will be shared soon.

Please note that following this deployment, the new required browsers are Google Chrome 88 or later, and Mozilla Firefox 78.6.0 ESR or later.

We invite you to ensure that you have uploaded a valid authentication certificate into your browser prior your login into eCAT6, in order to reach the login page.
