API/Webservices Q&A - Outcome

Published:

Dear Market Participants,

We recently conducted a Q&A session to address the market concerns and queries regarding our API and Webservices offer. We received an overwhelming response from the participants, which further emphasized the importance of such sessions. The enthusiastic response from attendees underscored the value of these informative sessions.

Our team of experts answered the most popular questions that covered various aspects of our offerings, including authentication methods, testing environments, settlement exports, and more.

Moreover, we acknowledge the lack of communication about the updates or upcoming fixes as well as the technical documentation that needs to be improved.

We would like to express our gratitude to all who actively participated in the Q&A session and helped make it a success. We understand the importance of transparency and communication, and we will continue to work towards providing the best possible service to our market participants.

If you have any further questions or feedback, please do not hesitate to contact us through the JAO Service Desk.

Best Regards,

Operation Team
