Incorrect publication

Dear market participants,

Italy North TSOs would like to inform that the MNCC values published on the JAO Publication Tool for the period April 1st – August 5th, 2023, were incorrect due to a tooling issue which resulted in the reference exchange used for the MNCC computation being an hour different compared to the reference exchange from the grid model. Due to this error, the adjustment for minimum capacity was not applied correctly. Italy North TSOs have performed an assessment to determine the impact of this error and for the 2023 ACER MACZT Report, corrected MNCC values have been computed and will be considered by ACER.
