IMPORTANT: New Trader UI eCAT 7 Go-live TOMORROW, 24th September 2025

Following our previous communication, we would like to remind you that the Go-Live for the New Trader UI Project is tomorrow, 24th of September 2025 at 20:00.

Please be aware there will be an associated maintenance downtime from 20:00 to 21:15.

Important remark:  Users accessing the webservices with the regular trader account may still experience display issues for up to one month after the deployment. On the 24th of September, an additional webservices user role will be assigned to all potentially affected users. In case of any issues, please contact us immediately.

Kindly be reminded to use the correct address http://ecat.jao.eu after the go-live to connect to the new eCAT UI.
