Updates on New Trader UI eCAT 7 Open issues
Dear Market Participant,
Following the launch of eCAT 7, we have encountered a few unforeseen challenges that our team is actively working to resolve in order to provide you with the best possible auction experience.
The issues are as follows:
- Auction Results via API can not be retrieved in some cases
- Incorrect matching periods when searching for intraday auctions
- Limitation to one default bid
- Total capacity rights not displayed in the Capacity Rights screen
Should you experience difficulties when retrieving Auction Results via API, you may download the results directly from Trader UI.
As an alternative you can remove the parameters and from your request as a workaround.
In regards to bidding to intraday horizon, we advise participants to follow the below workaround:
- Select the auction from "Auction management" screen without filtering on the matching period
- Click on "new/edit Bids" for the desired auction.
You can also request these files by submitting a ticket through our Service Desk Platform ( http://www.jao.eu/service-desk) , we'll be happy with providing them.
As for the single default bid limitation, we kindly advise refraining to one default bid for the time being until the issue is resolved.
Our provider expects to solve all the open issues latest on Wednesday October 1st, we will keep you informed accordingly.
