Publication Tool Access Parameters

We are happy to announce the introduction of new access parameters within the Publication Tool (PuTo).
To maintain optimal performance and prevent potential service degradation during high-traffic periods, we are introducing measured access controls that balance the needs of the entire user community.
These adjustments aim to:
- Guarantee equitable access to published data across all users
- Maintain consistent response times and platform stability
- Preserve system performance during peak publication and retrieval periods
What is effectively changing?
Rate Limit
- A maximum of 100 requests per minute per user session or IP address
Data Access Window
- Default responses will include up to 2 business days of published data
- Historical data remains fully accessible using date and time filter parameters
