Follow-up on public consultation of Swiss DA rules – Updated block bids documentation

After receiving further feedback regarding the integration of block bids, we would like to provide the following clarifications in the attached documents:
- JAO_Blockbids_Benders Explained pdf: This is the updated “Benders Decomposition Design” document which includes final Business Rules and Tie-Breaking rules decided by the TSOs and provides clear results for the Examples 1,4,6 and 6bis
- Block bids – additional explanation pdf: This document includes further explanation regarding the Example 5, as well as additional information on system stability
