"This report is jointly prepared by the TSOs of the Italy North Capacity Calculation Region (CCR) in accordance with Article 7 of the Italy North Long-Term Cross-Zonal Splitting Methodology. The report is subject to consultation with market participants before submission to the regulatory authorities of the Italy North CCR.

The report provides an assessment of the application and performance of the Splitting Methodology based on historical market and capacity allocation data and supports the periodic review of the methodology and its parameters.

In accordance with Article 7 of the Splitting Methodology, the report contains three key components:

• Assessment of historical market and capacity allocation data from the review period.
• Analysis of the application and performance of the Splitting Methodology, including the allocation of long-term capacities between yearly and monthly products.
• Main conclusions and, where applicable, recommendations regarding the maintenance or amendment of the methodology and its parameters."
