On behalf of IPTO, and in anticipation of the upcoming go-live of the long-term auctions for the Greece - North Macedonia (GR-MK) border, JAO is launching the public consultation on the 'Harmonised Allocation Rules', as amended and approved by ACER through its Decision No 08/2025 on 17th September 2025, for application to the GR-MK border and its 'Border Specific Annex for the Bidding Zone border Greece - North Macedonia'.

The consultation period runs from 1st to 15th October 2026.

All interested parties are invited to submit their comments via e-mail no later than 15/10/2026 17:00 CET to the following e-mail address: consultation@jao.eu.

Following the consultation, TSO will evaluate Market Participants’ comments and submit the auction rules and the border specific annex to the responsible NRA.
