  • Why can't I log in

    “Bad Credentials” Message

    It is likely that you are seeing this message because you have entered either the Username and/or Password incorrectly.

    “Authentication Error” Message

    This issue is likely due to an electronic certificate not being recognized by the system. In such case, we ask you to please verify that the certificate has been installed correctly in your system and that it is still valid.

    “Account is locked”

    After several attempts to log in using the incorrect password, the system will automatically lock you out for security reasons.


    To solve the login issues mentioned here, please contact the Joint Allocation Office’s Service Desk for assistance from your registered e-mail address. Explain the situation, and if possible, provide us with a screenshot to assist us with the investigation and resolution of the problem.
