Dear Market Participants,

We would like to inform you of the latest updates recently deployed in eCAT:

North Sea Link (NO↔UK) Technical Go-Live
The new NO↔UK interconnector border has been added, expanding cross-border capacity allocation capabilities. Relevant entitlements have been granted to Market Participants who have concluded the corresponding amendments to their Participation Agreements. The system is now ready for NSL auctions, beginning with the first monthly auction scheduled for 17 September 2026.

Capacity Resale Submission Fix
The previously reported resale issue that prevented the submission of resale notifications via the Trader UI has now been resolved.‌

Settlement Improvements
Several settlement-related bug fixes and enhancements have been implemented to improve system stability and the overall user experience.
