Important Notice: Temporary Resale Submission Procedure

As you may be aware, JAO is currently experiencing technical issues affecting the processing of resale notifications submitted by market participants. If you wish to submit a resale request, please contact JAO and we will make reasonable efforts to submit it on your behalf through the applicable fallback procedure.
To ensure sufficient processing time, participants are strongly encouraged to submit their request at least 30 minutes before the Long-Term Resale Gate closure and to follow up with a phone call to +352 27 62 38 38.
Please note that if the fallback procedure cannot be executed or the LTTR return request cannot be registered, any submitted return request shall be automatically cancelled in accordance with the applicable rules.
