Allocation Rules for Forward Capacity Allocation on Swiss Borders

Dear Market Participants,

We hereby inform you that as from 1st of January 2018 onwards the allocation for Long term Transmission Rights on Swiss borders will be organised by distinctive rules, namely by the Allocation Rules for Forward Capacity Allocation on Swiss Borders. These rules will be applicable for the following borders:

Switzerland (CH) <> Austria (AT)

Switzerland (CH) <> France (FR)

Switzerland (CH) <> Germany (DE)

Switzerland (CH) <> Italy NORD (IT)

Please note that the Allocation Rules for Forward Capacity Allocation on Swiss Borders at the present moment is a draft, pending the approval of the respective NRAs.
