Amended Harmonised Allocation Rules

We would like to kindly remind you that the amended Harmonised Allocation Rules are entering into force on the 21st January 2024. Please let us also clarify that this new version is applicable for internal EU borders only.
For external borders (HR-RS, BG-RS and HU-RS), the current version of the rules will stay in place, until the Serbian NRA approves the amended HAR.
Therefore, until the Serbian NRA’s approval, both versions of the HAR will be available on our website, including their relevant border specific annexes.
