Amended Harmonised Allocation Rules for Serbian borders (HU/HR/BG/RO-RS)

Dear Market Participants,
We would like to inform you that an amendment to the Harmonised Allocation Rules for non-EU borders with effective date 1st January 2026 has been published on our website:
The HAR 2026 for non-EU borders has been updated with the amended Border Specific Annexes (BSAs) for the following borders:
- Hungary – Serbia
- Croatia – Serbia
- Bulgaria – Serbia
- Romania – Serbia
Please note that the HAR 2026 and the above BSAs are released on behalf of the relevant TSOs for information and are pending approval by the relevant National Regulatory Authorities. The rules will become binding once approved by the National Regulatory Authorities.
