Amended Regional Specific Annex for CCR Core to the Harmonised Allocation Rules for long-term transmission rights (HAR) in accordance with Article 52 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a Guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation
The amended Regional Specific Annex for CCR Core to the Harmonised Allocation Rules for long-term transmission rights in accordance with Article 52 FCA Regulation was approved by all Regulatory Authorities of the Core CCR on 08 April 2019.
The amended CCR Core Annex to the HAR introduces a new Article 19, which describes the cap on compensation applicable to the SK-CZ bidding zone border in accordance with Article 59(2) of the HAR. The amended Annex enters into force thirty (30) calendar days after the amendment notice is sent to Registered Participants by the Allocation Platform.
Therefore the compensation cap for the SK-CZ bidding zone borders applies on long-term capacity that is allocated during long-term auctions that take place after 17 May 2019, ie. for monthly products with a the delivery period as of 01 July 2019 onwards. For yearly products, the compensation cap stipulations for the SK-CZ bidding zone border apply only for yearly products for 2020 with a delivery period as of 01 January 2020 onwards.
Compensation cap stipulations for the other bidding zone borders of the Core CCR remain unchanged.
