Amended Shadow Allocation Rules

The Shadow Allocation Rules have been published in amended version referring in Annex 1 and Annex 2 explicitly to some additional borders where Shadow Allocation rules shall apply. In relation to that we inform you that also the new Participation Agreement (consolidated) and new Amendment No. 1 of Participation Agreement have been published considering some missing borders where Shadow Allocation Rules shall apply. In case Market Participants have already entered into the Participation Agreement with JAO and want to be ready to participate in Shadow Auctions on newly included borders, Market Participants shall please provide us with the signed amended Attachment 6. After JAO countersigns the Attachment 6, respective extension of the Participation Agreement application will come into force.
