Amendment of Harmonised Allocation Rules - information

According to Article 68 (5) of the Harmonised Allocation Rules (HAR) TSOs and the Single Allocation Platform shall periodically review the rules at least every two years.
Following the most recent review, the amended HAR was submitted to ACER on 1st August 2023 and is currently awaiting approval.
For informative purposes, please find attached below the provisional version of the amended HAR which is expected to be approved by the end of this year.
Its final version will enter into force 30 days after JAO’s notification of its approval.
