Affected volume in MW / hour for each concerned period :

120 MW Yearly for each hour over the whole curtailment period from 22-10-2020 until 04-12-2020.   

120 MW Monthly for each hour over the periods from 22-10-2020 until 31-10-2020 and from 01-12-2020 until 04-12-2020, respectively.

[Note: For the time period from 01-11-2020 until 30-11-2020, no monthly capacities were offered and allocated to the market.]

Information on exact operational security limit(s) that are expected to be violated in the absence of curtailment *:

There is no alternative to the curtailment of the affected LTTRs as the border DK2-DE is formed exclusively by KONTEK and KONTEK is completely unavailable due to an forced outage.

 

Why alternative measures are not sufficient to avoid the expected violation of operational security limit(s) *?
