Consultation for new HAR Intraday Rules

Dear Market Participants, JAO informs, on behalf of APG, ELES, RTE, SWISSGRID and TERNA, that a public consultation on Allocation Rules for Intraday Capacity Allocation on France – Italy, Switzerland – Italy and Austria – Italy Borders (ID Rules), has been launched. This consultation follows the replacement of the existing explicit intraday auctions operated by JAO on Italy-Slovenia border by implicit auctions, which will require certain amendments to the current set of ID Rules.
