[Core CCR // LTTR Design] FTR Introduction on DE/LU-FR, DE/LU-NL, DE/LU-BE, AT-CZ and AT-HU

On 05/11/2019 ACER has published their decision on the second amendment of the regional design of long-term transmission rights of the Core CCR (“Core LTTR Design”) in accordance with Article 4(12) and 31 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 (“FCA”) (ACER Link). The second amendment contains the introduction of FTR Options on the bidding zone borders DE/LU-FR (as of Y2020), DE/LU-NL (as of Y2020), DE/LU-BE (exact date to be defined), AT-CZ and AT-HU (exact date to be defined). JAO will apply the respective product changes and will inform the auction participants properly in advance, but latest with the respective auction specifications.
