[CORE DA FB MC] Change of thermal limits (DLR Imax) for Critical Branches

Amprion would like to inform that the Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) thermal limits (Imax) of certain lines, which are also Critical Network Elements in the Core FB MC, will be set to higher values starting from BD 24/02/2024.
