[CORE DA FB MC] Change of thermal limits (DLR Imax) for Critical Branches

Amprion would like to inform that the Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) thermal limits (Imax) of certain lines, which are also Critical Network Elements (CNE) in the Core DA FB MC, will be set to higher values as of BD 06/03/2024.
