[CORE DA FB MC / CORE IDCC] CNEC list update

Dear market participants,
Due to changes in our grid in the Sottrum - Mehringen - Landesbergen/Ovenstaedt and Conneforde Ost - Unterweser - Elsfleth West region we have updated our CNEC list as of BD 30.10. (IDCC) and BD 31.10. (DACC) and also identified additional CNECs in the Hattorf - Helmstedt - Wahle region as of BD 31.10.
