[CORE DA FB MC / CORE IDCC] Commissioning of new 380kv tripod tie-line Grafenrheinfeld – Hoepfingen – Stalldorf

Dear Market Participants,

TransnetBW GmbH and Tennet GmbH are expecting the commissioning of a tripod that substitutes provisionally two 380kv tie-lines.

Expected Business Day 26.04.2025 until 01.10.2025.

The specific lines affected are:

  • 380 kV line [D2-D4] Grafenrheinfeld - Stalldorf (rt) with reference 11T-D2-D4-000022
  • 380 kV line [D2-D4] Grafenrheinfeld - Hoepfingen (ge) with reference 11T-D2-D4-000014

These will be replaced by a tripod configuration:

  • Y-Grafenrheinfeld - (Hoepfingen-Stalldorf) (ge/rt) or Y-Grafenrheinfeld - (Hoepfingen - Stalldorf) 411/416 with reference 11T0-0000-2290-7
  • Y-Stalldorf - (Grafenrheinfeld-Hoepfingen) (ge/rt) with reference 11T0-0000-2292-1
  • Y-Hoepfingen - (Grafenrheinfeld-Stalldorf) (ge/rt) with reference 11T0-0000-2291-4

This change will result in updated Critical Network Elements and Contingencies (CNECs) for the Core Day-Ahead Flow-Based Market Coupling (Core DA FB MC) and Core Intraday Capacity Calculation (Core IDCC) processes
