[Core DA & ID Capacity Calculation] Wrong FMax value on CB Avelgem - Avelin

Dear Market Participants
We have noticed a mistake on the CNE 380kV Avelgem- Avelin (FR/BE tie-line), EIC Code: 10T-BE-FR-000031.
A wrong PATL value introduced in our Core IGMs (2461A instead of 4194A) led to wrong value of Fmax.
We have made the correction.
This error is linked to the change of seasonal PATL value in our tooling.
The current processes have been impacted:
- Core CC DA process BD 29/09/2023 to BD 05/10/2023 included
- Core CC ID parallel run process from BD 28/09/2023 to BD 04/10/2023 included
