[Core DA MC] OUTAGE OF 380 kV TIE-LINE AVELGEM-AVELIN - NO SPAIC

Elia and RTE are planning an outage of the 380 kV tie-line Avelgem - Avelin (380.80) – EIC Code : 10T-BE-FR-000031 – between 08.08.2022  (week 32) and 04.11.2022 (week 45) for upgrade works, with the aim of increasing thermal limits after commissioning. The capacity of this outaged line is reduced to 0 MW during this period.

The new thermal limits will be provided later in a dedicated communication on JAO before commissioning.

 

As presented during the Core Consultative Group meeting of March 29th 2022, Core TSOs are currently reevaluating the SPAIC framework within the Core CCR context and consider to step away from performing individual SPAICs per significant change. Therefore no individual SPAIC assessment will be performed for the planned outage

of the 380 kV line Avelgem - Avelin (380.80).
