Core FB DA CC annual satisfaction survey

The Core Flow-Based Day-Ahead Capacity Calculation project (Core FB DA CC) parties would like to inform market participants that the annual satisfaction survey has been opened in ENTSO-E website [LINK] until 31/08/2024. The aim of the survey is to gather the stakeholders’ feedback, which will assist Core TSOs in considering further improvements to be implemented. An overview of the survey results will be included in the annual report.

 

The survey encompasses the topics of:

    • Publication tool handbook
    • Monitoring tool
    • The different pages of the JAO publication tool
  • Ease-of-use of data retrieval
    • Navigation & downloading of data
    • API
  • Regular publications & reports
    • SGM
    • Operational KPI report
    • Monthly DQI report
    • Quarterly report
    • Annual report
  • General feedback
