[Core IDCC] Non-representative KPI results removed from JAO Publication Tool

Dear Market Participants,
During the preparations for the go-live of IDCC(b), a data misalignment in the input to the process caused the results for BD20240329-BD20240409 to be non-representative. The calculated ID ATC values were significantly lower than intended. For this reason, we have removed these non-representative results from the JAO publication tool.
We have taken the necessary measures to prevent this data misalignment issue in the remainder of the EXT//run and in the operational process as of the go-live.
