[CWE FB MC] Closure of operational incident

Dear market participants,
Coming back to the operational incident experienced in the CWE regions, as informed on January 20th, CWE TSOs would like to inform you that an enduring solution for the issue has been implemented on February 22nd for business day February 24th (first trading day on February 23rd).
Accordingly, the usage of Extended formulation for LTA inclusion has been re-established and systems have been stabilized.
