Dear Market Participants, From business day 2017-01-17 onwards until 2017-01-20 (included), due to the forecasted low temperatures, Elia will temporary activate two procedures. First, for several critical branches equipped with dynamic line rating technology, Elia will evaluate on a daily basis the possibility to increase their maximal capacity in the FB capacity calculation up to 10% (increase from the current 5%) with respect to their static rating, currently “WINTER” (Fmax3 in the human readable translation table).
